What is AlphaReveal?: AlphaReveal is an advanced software designed to give the futures trader greater visibility into the orderflow and tape then ever before possible. AlphaReveal runs side-by-side NinjaTrader.
What instruments does AlphaReveal work on? Does it support futures, stocks, currencies, treasuries?: Our software was specially designed for the popular and highly liquid futures and mini-futures products like the ES Mini, Russell Mini, NQ Mini, and Crude Oil. Our software, also, supports currencies such as the 6E (and others), and even the treasuries such as the 30 Year Treasury Bond, and the 10 Year Treasury Note. Liquid stocks with tight bid/ask spreads should also behave nicely. Some stocks with larger bid/ask sizes are less suitable for rendering due to the large price gaps. In summary, our produce was especially designed to work on the most popular futures contracts, should work well on many but not all stocks, and should work well on most currencies.
Does AlphaReveal allow placing orders?: No, not at this time. The NinjaTrader SuperDOM offers powerful trade management functionality. Our software is made for analysis of the orderbook and order flow. Of course, you can also use your broker supplied DOM.
What datafeeds does AlphaReveal support? Recommend?: We support all NinjaTrader supported datafeeds. Our software is fed data from an indicator that you place on a chart. We highly recommend an unfiltered high quality feed like Kinetic for NinjaTrader or DTN IQFeed.
Does AlphaReveal require me to purchase NinjaTrader?: Well, you see that's the awesome thing about NinjaTrader: you can subscribe to AlphaReveal and use it inside NinjaTrader and you never need to purchase NinjaTrader unless you want to use their powerful SuperDOM for placing orders. You can train and practice on live market data without incurring that charge. Of course, you can run AlphaReveal inside NinjaTrader and use your broker DOM.
Can OrderFlowDashPro guarantee me AlphaReveal won't crash or have bugs?: Many traders use and trust our product. However, software is incredibly complex and any program, no matter how well tested, can behave unexpectedly and either hang up, cause NinjaTrader to quit working, or the machine.As such, we take no liability whatsoever should your system crash due to AlphaReveal or become unstable -- even if it results in trade losses, even significant losses. We recommend that all traders keep a secondary "clean" backup machine running with only the most basic order processing capabilities for these events. As well, keeping the brokers number on speed dial is advised. AlphaReveal is a very high quality product and we work regulary to improve it and fix any issues that arise. All losses are your responsibility.
Does AlphaReveal provide trade recommendations?: No, AlphaReveal is a professional software application designed to help you produce original analysis. All trades are your responsibility. We do not and our software does not offer trade recommendations of any kind
How can I buy AlphaReveal?: Yes! You can now buy AlphaReveal. We offer a lifetime license which includes 1 year of support (email) and minor upgrades. Major upgrades may or may not be included at our discretion. However, any license holders qualify for discounts on major upgrades. Our software must be able to connect to our servers to validate your license. All valid license holders will receive a non server-validating license should we ever be unable to continue to offer such service. Licenses are not transferable under any circumstances (can not resell or sell used license).
How do I cancel my subscription?: We no longer offer subscriptions. However, for previous subscription holders only: In the original order email, you should find a link, click on it and you can cancel your subscription.If you can't find it then its no problem! Just contact support@orderflowdashpro.com. Please include order details including full name so that we can find your order.
I get an MSMQ exception. Why?: MSMQ is part of Windows operation system. But, it is not installed by default. Please see the email that you were sent on sign up for enabling MSMQ on your windows. You can do this by enabling it in the Control Panel.
I'm getting an 'Out of date' error message. How do I remove your indicator?: Open NinjaTrader. Go to File->Utilities->Remove NinjaScript Assembly-> Select OrderFlowDashProTransmitter. Remove the assembly and restart NinjaTrader. This should resolve the issue.
Do you offer refunds? What happens if I cancel my subscription?: We offer FREE trial period. Cancel during the trial and you WON'T be charged. Because we offer the risk-free absolutely free trial period we do not offer refunds. Cancel your subscription at any time. You'll have full access to the product until your normal end date. We do not offer partial refunds or pro rate.
